Marazzi Group receives the Top Employer 2026 award for the tenth consecutive year, confirming the quality of its people management model.

During the year, 13,066 hours of training were provided to 2,315 people, with significant growth in specialized and technological courses and a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence, safety, and skills development. Programs dedicated to new generations, such as onboarding and Young Tile, grew by 57% compared to 2024.

The People-ness program has been strengthened, with initiatives dedicated to physical and mental well-being, prevention, inclusion, and safety, alongside training on DE&I and financial well-being.

Alongside internal development, the commitment to the local area continues: 1,700 students involved over three years with Welcome to Marazzi for Kids & Schools, and over 500 new students expected in 2026.

The process is completed by obtaining the Gender Equality Certification (PdR 125), applied in a structured way throughout the Group, confirming a consistent, concrete, and long-term vision.
