Bluefish is Brianza's first fish restaurant where diners can choose and purchase their fresh fish as if at a fishmonger's shop, before enjoying it at a restaurant table or even at home, thanks to the take-away service. The restaurant was designed by the Dainellistudio architecture firm of Marzia and Leo Dainelli. The restaurant's style blends Nordic and seafaring themes: decorative features inspired by small Mediterranean harbours are combined with Scandinavian furniture. Hexagonal tiles from the Clays terracotta-concrete look porcelain stoneware collection cover the floor and walls, creating a stylish tile tapestry. The Clays cement tiles provided a perfect combination with the existing hexagonal tile flooring.
